Meet Sandi Finlinson
Sandi Finlinson isn’t your average broker—she’s a lifelong go-getter with a heart for people and a deep love for the land. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Sandi’s journey started with hard work and hustle. She’s done everything from court liaison work to helping run one of Indy’s biggest law firms—and even worked for Bud Tucker of FC Tucker Real Estate fame.
But it was marketing where she found her stride. Sandi led corporate sales for Logo 7, negotiated contracts with major sports brands, and eventually launched her own companies that handled big names like Gatorade, Michael Jordan, NASCAR, and more. (Yes—she’s the one who came up with the famous Gatorade towel!)
In 2006, she turned her energy toward real estate and quickly realized she could do more by building something of her own. That’s how LandHawk Real Estate was born in 2008—a company built on grit, experience, and treating folks right.
These days, you’ll find Sandi running LandHawk, negotiating contracts, walking horse properties, or managing her working horse farm. She’s an Indiana Licensed Broker, member of MIBOR, and proud Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). And yes—she still rides horses and shows them competitively.
